All of our Steaks are Certified Angus Beef (CAB), USDA, the finest available. They are specially selected, corn-fed Mid-Western Beef, naturally aged for maximum tenderness and flavor. The steaks are spice rubbed, fired at 1800 degrees to lock in the moisture and the natural juices, and then finished with a herb butter.
