Please be aware payment is due at the time of check-in. It is our hotel policy to obtain a security deposit and full room and tax at that time. Dinner Reservations are not automatic and are REQUIRED!!! If you are booking a ROOM AND DINNER PACKAGE you must also book your dinner online through the reservations tab or call us at 716-636-4900, or toll free at (716) 636-4900.
Please keep in mind while booking your room we are proudly a 100% non-smoking hotel. To maintain the integrity of our non-smoking Hotel, if a guest is found to be smoking in the room a $250.00 fee will apply to cover the cleaning associated with our standards and the room fees associated with the guest room being removed from service for 24 hours to properly re-sanitize.
We offer complimentary shuttle service Monday - Saturday 5:am - 3:00pm, Sunday 9:00am - 3:00pm.
